/ 1:05 AM WEEK 21 ENGLISH JOURNAL(created story) Tom,the only scion of the jackson family ,almost squandered all his opulence.He even spent thousands of dollar on a so-called"bona fide" gem,not knowing that it is a fake.A friend of his tried to warn him not to be so wasteful,but he turn his warning into deaf ears.Truely,his wasteful habit cause him to suffer badly.One day, he is told by his doctor that he had just contracted a fatal disease.Tom was on tenter hooks but he have not enough money to find a cure... ... |

/ 10:54 PM WEEK 20 ENGLISH JOURNAL(CREATED STORY) It was a moonless night,a sacred artifact which was of maudlin value was stolen from a musuem.A lady,the witness,saw a nebulous figure running away from the musuem..Two man,found near the the museum ,was caught for questioning.The two man have disparate excuses-one said that he was walking home after drinking at a pub while the other said that he was visiting a friend.After listening to the excuses,the police inspector immediately realise the truth as there was no pub near that area. |

/ 2:43 AM WEEK 18th ENGLISH JOURNAL (created story) After abortive attempts to cure for AIDS, Dr Peter decided to to give up.Since he had became a Doctor,he had craved to be the first person to find a cure for AIDS.However,his attempts proved to be useless.He had modified the expiriments over and over again,but each time, he is rewarded with a disapointing result.Other doctors had also laughed at him for being stupid.Dr Peter sighed,should he continue with his experiments? |

/ 2:26 AM WEEK 17th ENGLISH JOURNAL Week 17,i played chinese chess with Dillon.At first,Dillon was losing,but he quickly concoct a plan to counterattack.He deployed the plan and managed to turn the tables around.In the end,i lost the match.The bell then then rang and we went back to our seats. |

/ 2:39 AM WEEK 16th ENGLISH JOURNAL Week 16,all the tests came rushing in.Running out of time,i just gave cursory glances on the pages of my notes.i had to touch up on my concepts.The fact that i have studied little for the test is incontrovertible.Little revise will eventuate in grades that are not very good.Sigh...Guess i hace to work harder the next time... ... |

/ 1:43 AM WEEK 15th ENGISLH JOURNAL Week 15,i went to the newly renovated Sembawang Shopping Complex.It was very crowded and the shopping complex looked very different from the last one.While i was walking around the shoppong complex,i heard some salespersons declaimed that their products is good and that people should buy it.One of the customers claim that the price was too high and wanted to reduce it,she persevered but she still did not get the price she wanted.Then i went to a sopping mart to buy something,however,i make a mistake and accidentally dropped a mug.I tried to preclude it from dropping but to no avail.The mug broke and in the end,i had to pay for it.What bad luck! |

/ 4:21 AM STICKMAN MYSTERY-THE SOLUTION A man is murdered in an alley and the chief wanted a detective to solve the case.Here is the solution:There are 1 witness and 2 suspects.One of the suspects has a scar on his cheek while the other have a gold tooth and a hole in the shirt.First,i go to the crime scene and search for some useful things in the rubbish bin,and i found a blood-stained knife in a purple paint can.Next,i went to the morgue in the hodpital to inspect the body.On the body.i found a green cloth in the victims's mouth and some numbers in his arm.I also found four numbers on the yellow key that is taken out out of the victim's pocket.I presume that the numbers on the victim's arm is a phone number.Indeed,the number is the phone number that leads to a bank in 405 wall street. I went to the bank and the teller said that to open a safety deposit box,one must know the number of the box which written on the yelllow key. In the deposit box ,i found a clue-the money which was stolen from the normalville bank .Then,i noticed that the hole in suspect number 2's shirt have the same pattern as that of the green cloth in the victim's mouth.Therefore,the murderer is suspect number 2.The murderer and the victim was the one one who robbed the bank and the victim stashed the loot in his safety deposit box.They then got into a quarrel and the murderer killed the victim. |

/ 2:13 AM WEEK 14th ENGLISH JOURNAL Week 14,field trip to Singapore Supreme Court.The High Court are singular with tables and chairs lined neatly.The conductor told us not to create a havoc in the court and ruin our school's reputation.We was told that the high court hears both criminal and civil cases as a court of first instance. The High Court also hears appeals from the decisions of District Courts and Magistrate's Courts in civil and criminal cases, and decides points of law reserved in special cases submitted by a District Court or a Magistrate's Court. In addition, the High Court has general supervisory and revisionary jurisdiction over all subordinate courts in any civil or criminal .After hearing what the conductor have said,many students aspire to become a lawyer.This field trip have left a lot of impression on me and i hope that we could have such field trip again. |
